Sad girl on sand beach

After a few weeks of trying to get everything in order and on the calendar, we have a launch book party scheduled.  I’m so excited!

On November 8, 2013 at Northshore Baptist church. 7:00 pm.  You are invited to a …

Dessert and coffee, a short author talk, a reading, and a book signing.  Please come.  I would love love to see you.  I think it’s going to be a special evening.

So many of you have asked, cheered, prayed, and loved me through the many versions and revisions of As Waters Gone By.  I would be honored and delighted to celebrate its launch with you.  There is no doubt in my mind, that this would not be happening without the kind support of friends and family.  (If you aren’t a person who typically goes to church, and you wonder what it will be like at said Baptist church – have no fear. It will be low key and nice. I promise.)

Books will be available for sale… and I’d be delighted to sign anyone’s copy.

The address is:
10301 NE 145th St. SE
Kirkland WA 98034

On a side note: A percentage of the proceeds from As Waters Gone By will be donated to help with the annual women’s conference in Nicaragua.

I will take time to write some fragments of life tomorrow or Wednesday … I’m crazy busy packing up the house, getting ready for the visit to the States, and teaching the kids!

Much Love,

Tina

    1. I miss you too! Yes… a long journey. Can’t wait to hear how you’re doing … hope you feel better soon.

  2. Way to finish well, Tina….but really it’s a start! A new world gets to meet the woman we love and regard, hear her voice and see her heart. Thanks for fearlessly yet with great vulnerability welcoming those who need to hear your stories.

  3. I thought you were passionate two years ago when you first told a few then youth group students about the book. But hearing you talk tonight was incredible. Bless you for donating the proceeds to the women’s Nicaragua team!
